The prices shown on the site include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout according to the destination and the order amount.

EuroPeptiva reserves the right to refuse orders where there are indications of improper use or in the event of a breach of these conditions.

3. Returns

Since the products are biologically active compounds requiring controlled storage conditions, returns are not accepted except in the event of an order error by EuroPeptiva or a verifiable product defect. These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the sale, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, to the Courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation.
