When you place an order, we collect the following personal data:

- Postal shipping address
- Transaction information (amount, payment method)
We do not store credit card details. Card payments are processed directly by Mollie B.V. on their secure servers.

- Managing and processing your order (contract of sale)
- Sending you confirmations and order status updates
- Coordinating delivery with the carrier
- Complying with tax and accounting obligations
- Answering your enquiries through the contact form
3. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): managing and shipping orders

4. Data recipients
We may share your data with:
- Carriers (Correos, MRW, DHL or others): name, address and phone number for delivery
- Mollie B.V.: card payment processor (transaction data)
- Public authorities: where required by law (Spanish tax agency, etc.)
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Service providers who access your data are contractually bound to process it in accordance with the GDPR.
5. International transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Retention period
- Order data: 5 years (the tax limitation period in Spain)
- Contact data: 1 year from the last communication

- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
