Research background
KLOW80 Blend puts into a single vial four molecules that are studied separately on the same ground: the integrity of epithelial barriers and tissue repair.
Each one enters from a different side. GHK-Cu, which is most of the vial, is researched in extracellular matrix and collagen synthesis. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, in the NF-κB pathway and pro-inflammatory cytokines. BPC-157 and TB-500 are the catalogue's two benchmarks in angiogenesis, cell migration and regeneration.
As with any blend, the combination has no literature of its own: what is published refers to each component separately, and researching how they interact is precisely the point of a preparation like this. The split of the 80 mg — 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 of each of the other three — matters when reconstituting, because the copper ends up at five times the concentration of the others in the same solvent.
Reconstitution and handling
- Work on a clean surface and disinfect the vial stopper with an alcohol wipe before piercing it.
- Add the bacteriostatic water slowly, letting it run down the inner wall of the vial rather than landing on the powder.
- Do not shake. Swirl the vial gently until the lyophilized powder has fully dissolved: vigorous agitation degrades the peptide.
- The solution should come out clear. If it turns cloudy or shows suspended particles, do not use it.
Storage and stability
- Before reconstitution: refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C, protected from light and moisture.
- After reconstitution: in the fridge and away from light. In solution the peptide lasts far less than as a powder, so it is best used soon.
- Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
