Semax and Selank share an origin and a format: both are heptapeptides stabilized with the same Pro-Gly-Pro tail, both were developed in Russia, and both arrive in solution with nothing to reconstitute.

What has been studied about each runs along different paths — Semax around neurotrophic factors and cognition, Selank around anxiolytic effect and GABAergic modulation — which is why they turn up together in the literature so often.

In a blend the peptides come mixed in a single vial at a fixed ratio: you reconstitute once and what you get is the mixture, with no way to change the proportion between compounds.

In a bundle each compound arrives in its own vial. You reconstitute them separately, at whatever concentration the experimental design calls for, and you can use one without the other. That is why a bundle costs more than the equivalent blend: more vials and more material.
